Extension shows "Offline" even though the server is running
Make sure your WhiteOwl server is running on localhost:3377. Open the side panel and wait a few seconds for the health check to reconnect. If you use a custom server URL, update it in extension settings.
Wallet Switch button does not respond
This can happen if the connection to the server was temporarily lost. Click the button again — the extension will re-check the server and retry. If the issue persists, reload the extension via chrome://extensions.
Token detection is not working on a page
The content script needs page access. Make sure the extension has <all_urls> host permission enabled. Try refreshing the page after installing or updating the extension.
AI Chat says "connect the main panel"
Start the WhiteOwl server with npx tsx src/index.ts server, then reopen the side panel. The extension needs a running server for AI features.
Private Send is unavailable
Private Send requires Houdini Swap API keys. Add your keys in the extension Wallet settings under Services > Houdini Swap.

Found something broken? Help us fix it by reporting the issue with steps to reproduce.

- Chrome 120+ / Brave / Edge (Chromium-based)
- Node.js 18+ for the WhiteOwl server
- At least one configured AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- A Solana RPC endpoint (default public RPC included)
